Fire & Ice
A new Album with some chilling new images from last winter. For these particular images it is worth noting that snow did NOT fall to produce these structures, this is from strait subzero temps. I lived in the midwest for ten years prior to moving to Colorado and you would rarely see this sort of stuff. In the midwest it would be damp, heavy, and everything would be laying down flat, not out here. Really cool to see and shoot. Check out the entire album at www.fishphotog.com under Fire & Ice.

Lines in the Sand
One day during my trip to Bair’s Lodge last month the morning was so calm that we headed north along the eastern coast of Andros Island to the South Bight. Along the way the water was like an aquarium, and calm enough to actually get the DSLR out on a speed boat ride, normally a pretty wet ride. There was a huge nurse shark that I was not fast enough to catch, but the patterns in the sand were amazing, and my true focus. This is the one that made the cut. Bahamian Refreshments
When Bonefishing on the flats of the Bahamas, there is nothing better then a Kalik (personal opinion obviously). I was intrigued by the bottle, with its raised lettering on both sides, so I decided to take a pic of it. This is one of two that made it through the cut. See the other one at www.fishphotog.com in the Misc gallery.
Something Abstract
Durring the winter I was out on a walk with my daughter and shooting images of the recent winter weather. This was just something I came across and snapped a pic of it. Not sure it is is the shape, the color, or the textures, but there is something about this image that I really love. Something that many would not even notice, or if they did, they would not think to take a picture of it.
